Google Reader’s Updates

Posted in Web Apps by Evan on December 4th, 2007

If you take a look, I’ve had quite a bit to say about Google Reader. Some might say I’m complaining too much, but who cares!? What can I say? I like Dvorak on TWiT.

So, now you can finally drag and drop your feeds in Google Reader which is great. Since I have to go through a lot of feeds for blogging, I subscribe to a lot of feeds, finding blogs daily and adding them. I may throw them in a folder, or none at all and before when checking out the feed for a bit I would know if to dump it or put it in t a folder.  Dragging and dropping is just so much better, and 100% natural. Though I am sure I’ve asked already, what are you using? Do you have to go through a high volume of feeds like me? I don’t want to deal with not getting my info if I’m not on my PC, so I opt for web-based products.

Like you I use Google Reader. I have about 20 feeds which if I leave them for a couple of days can amount to 75-80 posts.

I also have 5 that for some reason I am still picking up through Thunderbird and haven’t switched them to GR yet. I have no idea why as it’s a two minute job!
